I am a mature lady carer, my experience comes from diverse care settings from carehomes , supported living accomodations, hospitals, nursing homes, private family homes with family and private family homes with lone clients.These have also had diverse care needs depending on the level of physical and mental capabilities and health conditions from companionship(at home and outside), shopping trips, holiday trips, cooking and housework, i.e support with daily living. Then there is the mental health care depending on the cause and stage.eg on set dementia or late stage, learning disabilities etc. For the bed ridden, spinal injury/ brain injury or end of life, i am trained and have experience in complex care and can do catheter care, stomacare, peg feed, nebuliser or oxygen, medication, feeding, monitoring different charts and temperature, different aspects of personal care as need be. I can also use different moving and handling equipments etc I have a level 3 diploma in health and social care attained in 2011
