Bridge to Care Housing Limited provides innovative person-centered support for citizens who are living with mental health conditions, learning disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), sensory impairments and dementia; who need medical treatment and interventions, but do not need to be in inpatient care; to live as independently as possible within their own homes and in the local community. Bridge to Care Housing Limited recognises that people living with a diagnosis can find it challenging to live alone, to manage day to day tasks and often, experience difficulty in finding and keeping a home. Therefore, we provide a safe place for people to live with specialist support staff to enable them to develop life skills and independence, as an important part of their recovery; along with access to services that enable those with conditions to live as independently as possible. The support provided is person-centered and specifically tailored to meet every unique need, underpinned by our philosophy that every individual has the right to live the life they choose for themselves.
