I am a assertive and positive professional who is studying a degree in Mental Health Nursing. I have a background in care and have been in care since May 2017. I started off in supported living with people who experience mental health problems and gains skills such as meal preparation, finance handling, personal care, medication training, mobility, activity planning empathy and companionship. I then decided to study a degree in mental health and came across dementia in one of my placements which I find fascinating and rewarding! I want to be able to develop and increase my experience and skill set and believe my skills are needed in the community.
