I have worked in nursing homes as an RA, prep cook, dishwasher etc. when performing as an RA I assisted our residents with personal grooming, getting in and out of bed, making sure they take their mediation on time etc while I worked at Help at home I assisted our clients with all the above as well as taking them to doctors appointments did shopping with and without them and some light house cleaning
