I am a dedicated healthcare assistant with 2years of experience in the elderly sector as am due studying an adult nursing BSC Hons in adult nursing. It takes a lot of patience and compassion to work with elderly patients. All the healthcare assistant responsibilities require patience because at the end of the patient has to be at the centre of their care. Strong communication skills are also needed as we all have differences.
