I have been a carer for 13 years I started working in a care home when I was 16 in the kitchen helping at weekends whilst I was at school I then decided I wanted to become a full time carer which I did , I then become a senior carer then a unit leader then up to the deputy manager in the care home , I now have been doing care in peoples own homes for 9 months which I enjoy , I have a nvq level 2 and a level 3 I have done various different training throughout the years medication , moving and handling , dementia , safeguarding and more
