Being a potential carer, I consider myself to have a strong passion working with the patients along with a deep need to help people. From my childhood I always wanted to assist people. Excitingly, I am well-grounded with practices concerning the management of resident's. Besides, I have managed to develop my interpersonal skills especially when interacting with patients, their relatives and other personnel. This aspect of staying cool under pressure along with being adaptable and thinking on the go are indispensable in performing in a high stress environment. Furthermore, I am very competent and passionate about the residents’ rights and advocacy for holistic ethical care. Without a doubt, I think that it is vital to meet not only the patient’s bodily needs, but also the needs of the emotional and the psychological aspect. This trait of being a caring person in me helps me establish good interpersonal relations of desirable type patients, giving the feeling of being important and that their opinions are being considered throughout their treatment.
