I Provide vital support; assessing conditions, recommending optimal treatment plans, and offering counseling through significant life transitions and events. Evaluating patients’safety and communicating status updates and progress to licensed health professionals. Utilizing superior communication and interpersonal abilities to provide solutions and support in difficult and stressful situations. I also perform variety of tasks for patients such as grooming, bathing, dressing, and assisting with ambulation. Additionally, I am well versed in the dietary aspects necessary for planning, preparation, and serving meals, and I have fed and transported patients under the supervision of physicians and registered nurses. I am comfortable with housekeeping and laundry tasks as well as managing medication reminders and offering companionship to engage clients in everyday living.
