My name is Sinthukaran , who is currently looking for job in Care Home fields as I have experience with fragile people. Currently working in Northern Central Hospitals as a Nursing Officer for nearly 10 years, covering fewest departments in the hospital which are Surgical Ward, Cardiac Thoracic ICU ward, Dialysis Unit ward, High Depend Unit (HDU) and Emergency treatment Unit (ETD) wards.  The reason I want to work in care home is because I love to socialise with new members and the residents. The role care assistance is not only responsible for the physical care of residents, it's also heavily involved getting to know them and supporting them during their emotional time and social requirements. I am fully flexible and available at any time and any hours including overnight, daytime and morning so care home job is easy for me to work around and adjust my timing for my loved ones. Also, I love helping to empower an older person to enjoy their day, supporting them with short- or long-term health needs, or even smoothing the way for someone as they reach the end of their life – caring for others is a huge privilege.
