I have over 8 years of experience in caring for the elderly. I have looked after patients with cancer, diabetes, high blood pressure and dementia. I also have great administrative skills which I’ve honed over the years. I have excellent interpersonal skills, and I’m able to work well within a team or independently. I’m a keen team player and always willing to go the extra mile in order to meet my targets. I'm a highly motivated, driven individual with extensive experience as a caregiver. I enjoy working as a carer as it enables me to show care and compassion for those that need it most (elderly, ill and vulnerable). I possess a methodical, customer-centred approach to work and I have a strong drive to not only succeed, but to exceed expectations in all that is undertaken. In addition, I am a strategic thinker with the ability to maintain control and act positively in a crisis. I’m trustworthy, meticulous and have excellent communication skills.
