I started to work in care homes an I'm very familiar working with people who have dementia ,iv worked in mental health an my last job was for a private home care company working as a co ordinator with people in their own homes,I'm an extremely approachable person an cope well under pressure .I'm a mum of 4 so making sure things run smoothly is what I aim for .
