While spending a successful career in customer service for almost 15 years, I’ve switched few hats from Complaint handling to now Customer Service Management, care Assistant . Between these two ends, I earned an opportunity to learn quality analysis, Complaint resolution technique, Customer experience, Support worker,people management, organising trainings process improvement methodologies, vendor management. These experiences have allowed me to discover my passion towards two things, “customer experience enhancement” and imparting “client satisfaction ”
