Hi I’m a 45 year old woman , I have over 24 years of care experience I have worked in all types of the care industry. It’s my passion to deliver 100% person centered care. I beleive that who ever you are you deserve to be treated as an individual matter what, in all the years I have been doing this job I have met some fantastic people, I’ve cried with them helped them feel secure when they have been scared, I have laughed with them and I’ve said goodbye to them all of them leaving a mark on my heart. I believe care is not just a job it’s about helping those that need it to know that you have put a smile on someone’s face or just given them something different to think about is a great feeling! I have 3 boys and I still have one at school. So my availability would be from 9am till 14.00 I am available weekends. I’m a dementia Champion since 2016. I have my nvq 2 in care to the elderly and also have my NvQ3 in Health and Social Care.
