I have over 10 years experience working with all aspects of elderly care from elderly frail to various stages of dementia,I am a strong believer that every individual has needs that are individual to the person,I don't pigeon hole people within categories.I have learned hands on that everyone is different,I find it sad that a lot of people fail to see the person and focus on a set of ailments.I love being able to make a difference and to make people feel valued and cared for. I have experience with all aspects of personnel care,preparing meals and assisting with being able to access social outings which are important to the individual
