I have work both in a care home and doing home care... Home care being my most recent, which both involved personal care food preparation and shopping trips.. I've been a care assistant for many years and have loved every minute of it, as helping people is always very rewarding.. I feel it's important that elderly people get the help they need in order to maintain there confidence and in some ways independence, to build a relationship with the person looking after there needs as I'm some cases with home care we could be the only person they see on a daily basis.
