I am a Barbadian citizen (Caribbean), in the process of relocating to the UK. I worked for the Ministry of health and wellness in barbados for the past four years, in elderly care and home- help/ maintenance. My skill set include but are not limited to, meal preparation, cooking, laundry, spatial reasoning, housekeeping, grooming, personal shopping, organization, mobility exercises and I play a number of fun Caribbean games designed to improve motor function and stimulate the brain.
