I have been dedicated to the care sector since 2003, supporting individuals with learning disabilities and mental health needs. During this time, I studied for a social work degree and gained valuable experience in the field. However, my passion for hands-on care led me back to frontline work, where I find true fulfillment. Since 2018, I have been providing live-in care to elderly individuals, ensuring they receive compassionate, person-centered support in their own homes. My experience includes assisting with daily living activities, administering medications, and offering companionship, all while preserving my clients' dignity and independence. Additionally, I have personal experience caring for my husband, who has Parkinson's disease. This has given me a deep understanding of the challenges faced by both clients and their families, reinforcing my commitment to providing empathetic and holistic care.
