I have experience of working with clients with mental health illness. My previous employment involved working with clients with dementia and learning difficulties and I am currently working with clients who have dementia and Alzheimer's disease. I am able to work on my own initiative and under pressure. I am an effective communicator both verbally and in writing. I am a good team player and willing to develop my skills through further training. The job is most rewarding and the appreciation shown by clients I look after is overwhelming. I believe we all need help at some point in our lives.
