Sep 2019- present: Health Care Assistant, NewCross Health Care Solution. This role came with additional responsibilities such as involved in all aspects of the residents' individual, personal care and encourage residents to participate in recreational activities, supporting them to lead a dignified and fulfilling life. As a Health Care Assistants from Newcross I had been involved into a different care setting such as support worker, residential home, nursing home and dementia care home etc.I had learned and gain many skills. Therefore I deliver the highest standards of personal care whilst respecting residents’ independence and choice.
