I've been working in care now for 16 years now 2 nursing / residential care home 4 years in community in mental health who I still currently work for part time I absolutely love my work and feel I have more to give to someone looking for that extra help in the community take the weight off family members and knowing someone is looking after your family member with the dignity and respect they deserve
