I have many years of care experience I have worked in both residential and domicilary care. I started with no at all experience at all and I have gradually worked myself up with a lot of hard work and studying and have gained several nvq qualifications eventually gaining a senior roll. I have run shifts leading a team of staff and dealt with emergency’s as well as working under pressure at times. I love working with the older generation. In more recent years I was privileged to take on my best care roll to date. I looked after my elderly dad at home so he could avoid going into care. I can offer a personal touch along with person centred care.
