I am a dedicated and hard working individual able to provide the necessary care and support to clients within their own homes. I have over 10 years experience working with elderly clients. I have specialised knowledge and experience within dementia care supporting both clients and their families within their own homes. I am very happy to carry out all duties necessary including all nursing related tasks, meal preparation and running errands and escorting clients to and from appointments. I provide exceptional quality of care putting my clients needs at the centre of all I do.
