I am able to help elderly people in all aspects. I can give then support and help them live a happier lifestyle. I give them company and treat them like my own family. Aside from mental help, I can help meal prep and remind elderly people to take their medicine on time. I can help them change and sleep (potentially wash if needed). I love speaking to elderly people and providing support for them- it makes me feel more fulfilled and accomplished with myself as well!
