After volunteering as an elderly companion for a few hours a week, I have realised how much I would like to do more in that area. I currently spend time preparing meals, doing shopping and housework and even completing jigsaw puzzles with one of my clients, whilst one of my other ladies is loving teaching me how to knit whilst we spend time together. With 3 children I have lots of hands on experience and feel that I have a lot of care and help to give to those who need it.
