I have the ability to put myself in the patients shoes who I care for. This ability allows me to understand the needs of the client and tailor the care I provide around their understanding to ensure quality and person centred care. I am very patient and understand what I achieve is more important not how long it takes to achieve it. I am able to communicate any health concerns that arise effectively to third parties.
