I have over 30 years experience in working with the elderly, I have a up to date current DBS which can be accessed online. I have worked the last seven years as a well being coordinator delivering physical & spiritual activities to enhance the well being of clients. I am also trained in chair based exercises & nutrition, both very important as we get older to maintain health & physical well-being.
