I am a mental health nurse, with 20 years of experience in health care. I have previously worked as health care support worker in nursing, residential homes, and domiciliary care settings, however, have been qualified as an RMN for 9 years. Care in the community is a form of care delivery. I have seen evolve and my purpose as a nurse is to deliver to most fulfilling, person-centred care to individuals in the comfort of their own homes. I have excellent interpersonal and leadership skills. I am competent, caring, empathetic, hardworking, as well as meticulous with my documentation. I have a vast understanding of nursing ethics and it’s underpinning legislation.
