I was drawn to caring for the elderly after looking after my late grandmother who had a diagnosis of Dementia . I have developed soft skills to look after the elderly and convalescent . l am compassionate and believe that everyone should be treated with kindness , respect and their dignity should be prioritised at all times . I have worked in a care home and ensured that l followed guidelines from care plans to ensure that the care l provided was tailored to meet the needs of each individual.
