I have over 10 years experience in community care and residential healthcare and I am also experienced in Dementia care. I am currently employed as a team leader in a care home where I have worked for 5 years. I am qualified in the administration of medication, first aid, CPR and moving and handling and some catheter care. I am able to confidently use a variety of equipment. I am a very compassionate person and provide quality care focusing on a person centred approach valuing each individual and upholding dignity and values at all times. I thoroughly enjoy being a carer and after lots of consideration I have decided to offer my services privately I have a on going DBS and references are available if required
