I cared for my grandparents from age 11 to 29. I cooked, cleaned and gardened and fixed anything that needed mending over this time, and listened to many stories along the way. This prepared me for caring as a pharmacist in a hospital for 19 years which included elders on wards and outpatient clinic I used to run. Light therapy is a simple term used to refer to health benefits of sun light, even the under shade of a tree, and has been shown to help the body heal itself. Walking and eating healthy freshly cooked meals have been the foundation of the values that have shaped my life and share that in every conversation I have with patients, customers, friends and family. Caring will allow me to provide a one to one experience were caring meets coaching and healthcare as a friendly conversation that offers an enriching experience in many ways for everyone.
