Hi there, I have been a Care Operations Manager for the past 10 years in the elderly, disabilities and forensic mental health care sectors. I have a lovely family with three children and I am now looking to support an individual within their home as opposed to a managerial position. I am kind, caring, professional and I seek to enable independence and support people in a person centred way above all else.
