We are a family run, companionship-led care service in the local community for elderly clients and their loved ones. We offer all types of support to include social care needs too. We have tried to make our service an affordable one for those on lower budgets, without compromising care. The way that we operate here is to match clients to caregivers, forming a micro team of 1-2 people rather than sending different carers each session as many other companies do. We feel this creates more positive, companionship-led sessions with an opportunity to form trusted relationships. We also believe that this way of working ensures us being able to detect any deterioration or changes to our client's usual health and/or mood due to the fact we get to know them very well. All of our caregivers are kind, patient and local to Tandridge and its borders which enables us to provide an excellent service with a locally connected team.
