I am 26 yrs old and have experience in a variety of care settings. I am also a Dementia friend. I can drive and have an advanced DBS. I have worked in home care, dementia care home, residential care home and more recently within the crisis intervention team.I have also undertaken in house training for physiotherapy, working as a reablement assistant within the team. Person centred care is extremely important to me as is ensuring independence is met where wanted/needed. My qualifications include: falls awareness and prevention, dementia, mental health amongst others. I am hard working, i enjoy working in a team aswell as one to one. Have previously undertaken essential training including safeguarding adults and children, hand hygiene, moving and handling, data protection, understanding challenging behaviour etc. I am available for immediate start.
