Hi All, I am Ralph-49 years old from Poland. I am people’s person and like to provide quality care to loved ones. I have 6 years’ experience working with elderly people with different health care needs. I have worked with care home residents who had Dementia, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, brain injuries, physical and mental disabilities symptoms and diseases. I have completed NVQ-level 2 qualification which has enhanced my learning and confidence when providing quality care to these vulnerable people.
