I am an experienced professional having worked within the hospitality trade for several years. Since leaving college I have been employed in positions that enable me to work closely with the general public. I would therefore like to use this experience I have gained in any future employment. I am a very good communicator, both written and verbally, and I feel this is essential within any industry where communication with all internal and external channels must be effective and professional. In my previous employment, as a Beauty Therapist, I was able to build strong relationships between myself and my clients to put then at ease, listen to their requirements and gain their respect and confidence in me to carry out their treatments. Working in the hospitality bar trade has enabled me to develop a calm and pleasant disposition when dealing with people and handling delicate situations. I am conscientious, punctual and hard working and strive to achieve high standards whether I work alone or in a team. I am honest and trustworthy and have the ambition and enthusiasm to learn and the flexibility to adapt myself to any work assigned to me.
