I have worked with learning disabilities and hold a level 2 within this sectors also have worked with dementia clients hold a NVQ level 2 in Social care working in a person-centred way supporting the client's to live independently giving them choices were possible supporting the client with a good diet staying hydrated and keeping mobile are key points So the person can live a happy person-centred life, working within the boundaries and doing risk assessments as you work recording so we can all work in a safe happy place. Looking out for changes within the client and staying open minded at all times so the client can receive a high standard of care and support.
