Person Centered Care Ltd is a Domiciliary/Home Care Agency that has been operating since April 2012. We provide care and support to individuals in their own homes and we are registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) who monitor our Care Agency and currently our rating is ‘Good’. Apart from providing general home care services such as Personal care, meal preparation, companionship, shopping, medication administration etc, we have specialised in looking after people with terminal illnesses such as Huntington’s disease, Multiple Sclerosis, Motor Neurone Disease and Palliative care for Cancer patients. Most of our staff training is done in-house using BVS training material and we work in close partnership with the Huntington’s Disease Association who provide both support and training to our staff.
