I have worked in the care for ten years+,in the community helping people keep their independence supporting them in their own homes, assisting them with individual needs with a person centered approach as every ones needs are different, help with preparation of meals&medication. Gaining trust & support of those and the families is important as it gives a strong sense of peace of mind that them selves and their family are receiving the best care.I have experience with end of life, I find very rewarding as knowing you have done every thing possible for the individual gives a sense of worth and why you keep pushing forward.My Father is palative and I wouldn’t give any less care and emotional support to any one I care for that I wouldn’t give my own father.I have also had experience in nursing home where I was senior Carer,I am up to date with all my training, crb and insurance.I can gain references if needed of previous employment and individuals of who I care for those of the family that I have cared for. I am trust worthy, honest and caring is what I do best, I do charity work set up by my self for the rough sleepers , animal sanctuary’s, the sleeping babies and much more
