I am an individual who is empathetic and patient, I have worked and excelled as a carer and support worker for over 2 years, with my interpersonal skills I have been able to successfully take care of older and young adults who need care and support with their day to day activities, including helping out with their personal hygiene. I prepare meals and with my knowledge of food safety and hygiene skills and training I have been able to cater for individuals in my care and different care homes, making sure those with allergies and intolerance have their specific diets, I also make sure medication is taken at the appropriate time. I am a listener and companion and also fun to be around.
