Our lovely team of ‘Happy Pals’ as we like to call them, are hand selected to ensure that our service is delivered in an exceptional way. Your dedicated Happy Pal will visit you as often as you like to offer support and friendship. A friendly face and companion to support you with daily activities is often what is required to enhance your life and wellbeing. Happy Pals very often become trusted friends with our clients, someone that they can easily chat to, discuss things and share thing with, both at home and when out and about. Peace of Mind Your Happy Pal will be dedicated to you, meaning that you see the same happy face on each and every visit. Every member of the team has a clean enhanced DBS, three excellent references from previous employers and is fully ID checked, to ensure peace of mind. We also monitor the teams’ phones using a unique phone app to ensure that your Happy Pal is with you at the correct time and you are both safe
