I am extensively qualified in Dementia care, I have held post as Mental Health Support Nurse, Senior HCA and Therapy assistant practitioner. I can provide personal care along with administration of medication. Assistance with therapy ,exercises and Cognitive simulation therapy provided if required. I have managed a care home and also worked for the past nine years caring for elderly clients from their own homes, allowing them to maintain independence. I have a recent enhanced DBS and have one with the CQC along with excellent references and extensive qualifications and training that is all up to date.
