I am a compassionate and passionate care worker. This passion of caring for the elderly people started when I had to support my grandmother who was having mobility difficulties. I supported her with personal care, mobility, shopping, meals. I offered emotional support and companionship. I have excellent listening, organisational and time management abilities from my previous employment, which are all necessary qualities of a Support Worker. I'm responsible and dependable, and I understand the need to maintain the confidentiality of service users' information in this role. I am a very sociable person and also like spending time with friends whenever possible. As a warm and friendly person, capable of building trusting relationships with a range of people, I have built on these natural attributes to gain knowledge and experience within the field of social care.
