I discovered that my passion is really into helping people. I enjoy making a difference in people's lives. I have a caring nature. My best qualities are being honest, reliable, responsible, I learn fast, I am empathetic, patient, conscientious and hard working. I am passionate about caring and getting the best out of the people I care for. I am resilient and a positive out look in life. In the 14 years that I have been a carer I have had 4 employers, 2 being private and 2 being care agent. I pride myself in the feed back and references I get from people and families I've cared for
