Since working in the care profession i have gained good levels and competent work experience. It has always my responsibility to provide a high standard of care and provisions during live in care, early mornings, evenings, weekend and Bank holidays. The duties carried out very from client to client depending on their needs. I feel I have the ability to adapt to different situation as they arise. I have learned The client is your main priority, making sure your client receives a high level of respect and dignity. This level of will also help the service user to look after their own health as well. I have good communication skills, have experience in residential homes, nursing home, live-in-care ,dementia and disability homes. I enjoyed caring and helping people to live independently at home .Assisting with personal care, toileting, showering, oral hygiene, dressing, Hair care, preparing freshly cooked meals, Medication, laundry, shopping and organising appointments.
