While I don't have direct experience in elderly care, my background as a barista has equipped me with strong interpersonal skills, patience, and a deep understanding of the importance of maintaining respect for others. In my previous role, I developed a compassionate approach to customer service, actively listening and responding to individuals' needs, which I believe would translate well in providing attentive care.
