I have worked in the health and social care industry for 12years now.I have experience working with individuals with learning disabilities, Elderly, physical and emotional support ,Dementia, palliative care and End of life care. I have experience working with private clients living in their homes, supported living, Nursing homes and residential homes. I believe in person-centred care because each individual is different due to their health and wellbeing needs.
