I have not worked in a care home before but I have had experience taking care of my grandfather who was pinned down by stroke for 7 years before she passed on. With that I can say I will be able to adapt in any situation in order to give the best care to any elderly person I am given charge of. And I am a fast learner willing to learn in order to improve my skills.
