I am an experienced care/support Worker with the ability to communicate clearly and sensitively when talking to people and their families. I have good listening skills, great problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt and act accordingly to situations. I also posses time management skills to be able to support the needs of multiple people. My main goal is to provide the people i support on a day-to-day basis a high standard of care and support that recognises and encourages choice, dignity, privacy, self-worth, respect and community participation.
