As an experienced and qualified health care worker in the UK, I have worked with both young people and adults in a range of different care settings. Availability, empathy, resilience, patience, flexibility, respect of safety procedures, communication, my desire to learn and shift patterns has always been sources of my strength.Have also understood and recognized the importance of working as a team and as an individual if need be. Guaranteeing the independence and satisfaction of service users through the knowledge and experiences acquired is primordial. The well being of our customers or service users is our priority( live in a clean environment, bathe and feed them, ensure their diet are respected as instructed by the medic, give them the right mediation and in time, converse , walk and even dance with them.
