I feel I have relevant hands-on experience as I was the primary caregiver to my grandparents who suffered from dementia and other illnesses. On a regular basis I cooked/prepped meals and fed them. I monitored their medication, washed their clothes also helped them dress, frequently changing their bedsheets. I also understood they needed companionship and would take time to converse. As a caregiver I am aware I have much to learn and welcome all forms of training to help guide and teach me. I have
